Our patient and caring staff of animal lovers have years of personal experience with their own and others' pets. We care for your pet with the greatest consideration for its care, health, nutrition and welfare as we would our own.
We offer In-home pet sitting for most pets:
- Dogs
- Cats
- Birds
- Fish
- Hamsters
- Gerbils
- Most other pets
Our pet services include:
- Walking your dog / pooper-scooping
- Cleaning litter box
- Cleaning up pet accidents
- Feeding, providing water and checking on your pets
- Taking your pets to the groomer
- Taking your pets to the veterinarian
- Feeding and checking on fish, cleaning aquarium
- Cleaning bird cage or other small pet cages
- Exercising or playing with your pet
- Administering medications (as directed)
When you need to travel without your pet, it is best for him or her to stay in familiar environs. This way, you minimize any disruption or trauma for your pet while you are away. There is no disruption to his diet or exercise routine. And, best of all, your pet will have the full, personal attention he is accustomed to from you at home. In addition, there is no risk of exposure to contagion from other dogs or cats
We provide these services either on a routine basis (e.g., while you are away at work during the day), or as a temporary solution when you travel.
By having us take care of your dog or cat (or other pet), you will not need to impose on friends or neighbors. Furthermore, you get the benefit and bonus of a bit of house-sitting while you are away. This is a deterrence to would-be burglars.
Before you engage our pet-sitters, we require a complimentary, preliminary interview to give us the opportunity to meet and to get to know your pet.
At this time, you will have the opportunity to describe in detail his or her daily routines, including feeding and medication schedules, habits and exercise requirements and routines. We will ask for your vet information, so that we may have your preferred contact in a case of emergency.
In addition to pet services, if you would like, we can also:
- Water plants
- Bring in mail and packages
- Turn on lights in different rooms
- Raise/lower shades
- Bring trash cans in/out for refuse collection
